Easy access from train station and close to local restaurant and Fuji Grand (big grocery and fresh produce). We appreciated the hospitality of front desk staffs that help us booked taxi for us and even walked to taxi driver to explain the detail of our trip (we have language barrier, unable to speak Japanese). Our room was about right for the price and it served us well. Breakfast was not much but adequate to fill you up.

At first I was upset because the bathroom was small, but the breakfast and nice parking made up for it and more. The staff were nice and helped me with laundry and accessing the women’s bath- I never encountered a bath code for women’s bath before so I didn’t understand at first but this is standard procedure for route inn to keep women safe in the bath. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I used the laundry and enjoyed the breakfast a lot. I love the sesame balls for dessert.

Staff very kind and helpful.. Clean and whatever needs was there.. Maybe breakfast could be more multinational.. Still was ok to select something nice..

The sento was wonderful and the soap offer was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was very tasty. The best: ポテトもち. The vending machine coin was a good surprise.

Free parking. Room size was OK and beds were comfortable. It was quiet and amenities were easily accessible.

The breakfast provided is good. We are generally very happy with the spread of the breakfast. On the night when we checked in, we had our dinner at the restaurant. Food was awesome!

A standard business hotel but equiped with an onsen and price includes a superlative breakfast. Friendly staff and a quiet hotel in a good location just a little off the centre of town . Highly Recommended.

The Onsen (spa) was really nice and I enjoy a good breakfast every day. Supermarkets and other restaurants are nearby. The personnel is very friendly!

The hotel is very good value for money: nice comfortable rooms and bed, tasty breakfast (I only ate the Japanese food) and clean and functional onsen to wash and relax. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Very good hotel if you need to be Anan.
