At first I was upset because the bathroom was small, but the breakfast and nice parking made up for it and more. The staff were nice and helped me with laundry and accessing the women’s bath- I never encountered a bath code for women’s bath before so I didn’t understand at first but this is standard procedure for route inn to keep women safe in the bath. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I used the laundry and enjoyed the breakfast a lot. I love the sesame balls for dessert.

We appreciated the hospitality of front desk staffs that help us booked taxi for us and even walked to taxi driver to explain the detail of our trip (we have language barrier, unable to speak Japanese). Our room was about right for the price and it served us well. Breakfast was not much but adequate to fill you up.

The hotel is very good value for money: nice comfortable rooms and bed, tasty breakfast (I only ate the Japanese food) and clean and functional onsen to wash and relax. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Very good hotel if you need to be Anan.
